| 1. What is the listserver? | |
| The listserver is used to facilitate conversations and the distribution of information via emails. You can join the listserver by subscribing to it. Once you join the listserver, you will receive all messages that are sent to the listserver. |

| 2. How do I join the listserver? | |
| To join the listserver, send an email message addressed to: You MUST include the word "subscribe" followed by a "dash", followed by "vaedt" in the address of your email. There is no need to put anything in the subject line or the body of the message. You should receive a confirmation message back from the listserver. If your browser is configured to initiate email messages, you may click here to address the subscription email now. |

| To unsubscribe to the listserver, send an email message addressed to: You MUST include the word "unsubscribe" followed by a "dash", followed by "vaedt" in the address of your email. | To send a message to the listserver, send an email message addressed to: Enter a descriptive subject in the subject field. Enter your message. Include your personal name and company in the body of the message. To address a message to the VAEDT to send now, click here. |

| 5. How do I reply to a message that someone else has sent to the listserver? | |
| To send a reply for posting to the entire list, use the "Reply to Sender" function of your email program. To reply only to the sender of the message, you must edit out the "vaedt@ls.eei.org" portion of the address. |
